Postgreen invited ISA to be the architect for its $100,000 house initiative in Philadelphia. The idea of the project is to provide a marketable, modest, and green home for the Philadelphia workforce buyer that costs $100,000 to build (not including land or soft costs). The solution is a 1,000 SF house with highly efficient, compact utility core, radiant concrete slab on grade, and simple, economical design moves throughout.
