ISA was invited to study a vacant site along Wilmington's east Market Street corridor. The client is looking to encourage a dramatic reinvigoration of this portion of the City. The site sits within an emerging arts and design precinct leading to our proposal for a ground level art gallery / public space with residential or office lofts above. The painstakingly restored historic context called for a clear approach of differentiation with the new proposal.
