ISA is working on the design of a mixed-use urban development in the Brewerytown section of Philadelphia. The project is designed around an urban axis that serves to connect a series of public spaces that mark major thresholds at the perimeter of the site. The program includes a 35,000SF supermarket, housing and supporting retail. A major challenge of the project is accomodating a 23' grade change between the two edges of the site.
